Shipping policy


The seller ships by courier (TNT).
As required by trade rules, shipments are accompanied by an official invoice indicating the value of individual items in Euros. Shipping of your order may be delayed if payment verification is required. Malnatt Milano reserves the right not to process the order and to refuse the transaction after financial checks.

The Sellers guarantee to do everything in their power in order to respect the delivery times indicated on the Site and, in any case, to deliver within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which the Customer sent the order and after payment confirmation. In the event of failure by the Seller to execute the order, due to the temporary unavailability of the Product, the Seller must notify the Customer in writing and will refund any amount already paid by the Customer for payment of the Product according to the following paragraph. The website indicates the availability or unavailability of the Products; if a product ordered by a Customer is not available for delivery despite order and payment confirmation, the Customer will be promptly refunded.
Orders are dispatched by the seller Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning.
The delivery of the purchased products takes place within an average of 5 working days for orders from Italy and within 10 working days for all other destinations.
The products will be delivered in any case within 30 days in accordance with the law.
It is possible to ship goods in Italy, in the European Community and in countries outside the European Community.
The shipment of the Products ordered by the Consumer will be in the method selected by the Customer, among those available, and indicated on the Site at the time of the order. The Customer undertakes to verify without delay, and in any case no later than three (3) days from receipt of the Products, the correctness of the delivery and the inclusion of all and only the Products purchased within this period and to inform the Seller of any defective Products received or differences from the order placed. If the parcel or parcels of products ordered by the Customer reach their destination in a visibly damaged condition, the Customer is asked to refuse delivery by the shipping agent or to sign for an "Unchecked Goods" delivery.
Once the term referred to in the previous paragraph has been reached, without the Customer having presented any complaints against the shipper, the delivered Products will be considered definitively accepted by the Customer.
